Gently use water to rinse and wipe clean. Wash and dry completely every 10-20 days to maintain absorbency. Use vinegar or baking soda + hydrogen peroxide and gently scrub for a deeper clean. If necessary, you can use a thin grit sandpaper and sand a thin layer on top to refresh the absorbency.
